As I have talked about many times before, my college career has been full of struggles and road blocks. This past January, I finally completed my Bachelors degree in business administration and I could not be more proud of myself for never giving up. Typically, you don’t have a college graduation party but my parents wanted to celebrate my accomplishment considering the circumstances. So last Saturday, my parents threw me a graduation party with all of my family and friends. I didn’t want to do just a standard party with my colleges colors so we decided to do something different and have a fiesta with tacos, salsa, and margaritas! Needless to say, it was a huge hit and everyone left happy! I had the absolute best time and am beyond grateful to have so many amazing people in my life. For food, we had Moe’s Southwest Grill cater as well as our family friend who catered gyros. My mom also ordered mini sandwiches and a few family members made salads.
