I recently had the pleasure of working with CaseApp and I absolutely love the two things that I picked out. If you’re not familiar with CaseApp, they are a worldwide supplier of custom phone cases. They offer many, many different options of cases for all phones and even offer a customizable option. On top of doing phone cases, they also do laptop skins which I LOVE. I have received so many compliments on both my phone case and laptop skin and have had zero issues with dropping my phone and breaking my case ( I drop my phone at least once a day..oops). Head over to their website to pick out some of your favorites!
Last week on September 11, Rue21 had their VIP Grand Opening event at Robinson Mall in Pittsburgh. I had the pleasure of attending the event and had an absolute blast doing so. I have never shopped at Rue21 before so it was cool to check out a brand new store. I was able to bring a plus one as well as giveaway two tickets on my Instagram to two of my followers. My two friends ended up winning so it was nice to all hangout for a little. I brought my mom as my plus one since she always helps take my photos and is basically the backbone to this blog. We all received swag bags with merchandise which was also super cool! If you’re around Robinson Mall, go give them a visit! Thanks again to Rue21 for including me in your special day!
Hi Babes! This past weekend, my boyfriend and I went to a cute little wine bar in the South Hills. It was so much fun trying different types of wine and eating our super yummy charcuterie board! We ended up hanging there for a few hours and I loved every second of it. Totally my vibe lol! I highly suggest giving this place a visit if you’re in the South Hills. They had many different types of wines to choose from as well as different types of charcuterie boards and flat breads. The workers are also very helpful and knowledageable. They are located at:
100 Siena Suite 135, Upper St Clair, PA 15241
Happy Sunday! Today, my family came over for the Steelers football game so I decided to make a little charcuterie board which ended up being a big hit. This is the perfect appetizer to bring over to someones house whether you’re attending a little gathering or a holiday event. You can really make it any size depending on the amount of people attending. For this one, I used three cheeses, two meats, grapes, and two types of olives. I bought the board at Homegoods for less than $10 and the Rae Dunn cheese knives for $9.99. The knife came in a set of four so it was definitely priced reasonably!
Hi Babes! This past Friday my boyfriend, a few friends, and I went to the Carnegie Science Center for a Stranger Things event that they were hosting. It has been years and years since I have been here so it was nice to check everything out again. Although the event had pretty much nothing to do with Stranger Things we all had fun reminiscing.
If you’re looking for something to do in Pittsburgh, I definitely would give the Science Center a visit, especially if you have little ones. As for parking, they have a parking lot right near the entrance which makes it a lot more convienent. I do believe you have to pay to park unless if that was just for the event. Inside, they have plenty of restrooms as well as a little gift shop. Check out their website here.
Since I redid my bathroom, I wanted to reorganize my linen closet. I am so happy with how it turned out and I was able to do it for under $100! I still live at home with my parents but am planning on moving out next year after graduating so I am slowly getting rid of things and purchasing things that I can use at my own house. I purchased all of the bins from Target so I have the links below. As for the baskets and ouch container, I bought them at my local Homegoods store.
Metal Shoe Bin 9″W X 13″D X 6.25″H
Short Metal Sweater Bin 13″W X 13″D X 6.25″H
Slim Metal Shoe Bin 6.25″W X 13″D X 6.25″H
First Aid Storage Box
Happy Monday! Anyone else on the struggle bus Monday mornings? I swear it never gets easier waking up. Today, I am sharing one of my all time favorite dresses from Free People. I have really been loving their clothes lately although they tend to be a little pricey. In my opinion, Free People has really good quality clothing so you really get what you pay for. I found this dress on Poshmark for a fraction of the retail price. If you’re not familiar with the Poshmark App, you have to go check it out! I have made over $20,000 by just selling old clothing and accessories. It is the real deal. If y’all want a more in depth post all about the ins and outs of Poshmark, let me know!
