If you have been here for a while, you know I love a good antique/vintage moment. I have a fairly big collection of antiques and vintage items for my home but I also love making vintage inspired DIY projects too. I got my inspo for this project from interior designer Liz Marie Galvan. This is a super simple DIY project and only took a few hours from start to finish, however just to be safe, I let them dry overnight before using them as a planter. All you have to do is take a 1/2 cup of garden lime and add water until it is a paste consistency. Use a paint brush and brush over the entire pot until you get your desired look. Once dry, add a layer of mod podge and you’re done!
