BUFFALO RANCH PUMPKIN CHEESEBALL BALL

Long time no talk….I am so happy to be back writing and sharing all of my fall content with you!

Today, I am sharing a super easy + cute recipe that would be perfect for any fall gathering.

This is a buffalo ranch cheese ball that I made into a pumpkin for my nieces fall themed birthday. Needless to say, it was a hit! What you will need is 2 tbsp of buffalo sauce, 1 packet of dry ranch seasoning, 1 1/2 cups of cheddar cheese, 1/2 cup of almonds and one pack of 8 oz cream cheese.

In a large bowl, mix the soft cream cheese, cheddar cheese, ranch packet and buffalo sauce. Form into a ball. Crush chopped almonds into smaller pieces, press almonds into the cheese ball then cover with plastic wrap. Place in fridge for two hours. Cut a piece of celery or bell petter stem for the pumpkin stem. Serve with chips or crackers!
