These are my absolute favorite cookies to make in the fall! I got the recipe from my cousin so the credit goes to her lol. I hate how cookies get so hard and crunchy, I am more of a soft cookie kind of gal so if you are the same way you will LOVE these. They stay soft for days!
Chocolate Chip Pumpkin Cookies
Serving Size: Makes roughly a dozen
- 1 c. Pumpkin
- 1 c. Sugar
- 1/2 c. Oil
- 1 tsp. Vanilla
- 2 c. Flour
- 1 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1 tsp. Cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. Salt
- 1 tsp. Baking Soda
- 1 c. Chocolate Chips
- 1 tsp. Milk (I substituted mine with Oat Milk)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- Use an ice cream scoop and scoop cookie dough onto baking sheet
- Bake for 8-12 minutes
- Enjoy!
