Whole 30/Paleo Zoodles Citrus Shrimp Pasta Recipe

I have recently been trying to find meals that are healthy and good for my IBS so when I found this recipe I figured I would try it out. I changed a little bit of things but otherwise it was super good! It was very easy to make and my boyfriend loved it too which is pretty impressive on my end. Lol!

Citrus Shrimp Zoodle Pasta


1.5 Tsp Grated Lime Zest

1.5 Grated Orange Zest

Quarter of Onion Chopped

2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley

2 Tsp Fresh Lime Juice

1.5 Tbsp Fresh Orange Juice

6 Tbsp Olive Oil

1/2 Tsp Fine Grain Sea Salt

1 Tsp Honey

1/2 lb Shrimp (Peeled & Deveined)

1 Container of Zoodles


1.Create marinade: mix all ingredients together in bowl by slowly adding in olive oil

2. Cover and put marinade in fridge until shrimp is thawed

3. When shrimp is thawed, put them on skewers and brush on marinade

4. Put zoodles on stove and start to cook

5. Cook shrimp until pink/opaque

6. When shrimp is about to be done add the marinade to the zoodles on stove

7. Once the zoodles are done, add the shrimp into the mix

8. Add some parsley on top and you’re ready to eat!
