Whole 30/Paleo Zoodles Citrus Shrimp Pasta Recipe

I have recently been trying to find meals that are healthy and good for my IBS so when I found this recipe I figured I would try it out. I changed a little bit of things but otherwise it was super good! It was very easy to make and my boyfriend loved it too which is pretty impressive on my end. Lol!

Renew Professional Facial Peel Review

Last week I went back to Dallas Beauty Lounge in Bridgeville, PA to get a Renew Professional Facial Peel. This was my first time getting one and I had a really good experience. If you are not familiar with this type of peel here is the description from DBL’s website: “Epicuren®’s uniquely formulated Intel-Release Professional Peels utilize an advanced delivery system to slowly release exfoliating acids onto the skin, reducing the potential for acute inflammation and irritation. These peels effectively exfoliate lifeless cells, revealing new emerging skin which will allow for proper absorption of oxygen and nutrients; critical elements for healthy, vibrant skin. This completely customized facial actively addresses fine lines, acne, hyper pigmentation, and dry skin and results will be seen with one treatment. Dramatic results are also achieved when this facial is given in a series and accompanied by a proper home care regime”.

I was there for roughly an hour and it was every bit of relaxing. I had a little bit of burning during the facial but nothing unbearable. My results were honestly so worth it. Around three days after the facial I did get a little dry around my nose and on my cheeks which caused a little itchiness but after applying moisturizer throughout the day I was fine. It is now a week later and my skin honestly feels like a babies butt! I will be going back in a few months to get another one done because it was worth every penny!

Some products that were used:

Epicuren Apricot Cream Cleanser

Epicuren Silk Radiance 3-in-1 Cleansing Oil

Epicuren Herbel Cleanser

Epicuren Fine Herbel Facial Scrub
